I have tried to google this but I am looking for a group that someone has found to be helpful. Since being diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis and cant get any help that doesnt consist of multiple needles and thousands of dollars, I have only benifited one of these pain blocks. I am hoping to get advice from people that have been through it.

My son has this condition so I hope you get a answer to this question on a group..
as a fellow sufferer who has gone through not 1 but 2 spinal fusions, i can say that i get a little relief from epidurals but now my insurance company wont cover them, been 4 years now but my doc did suggest a spinal cord stimulator they say it works really well…here is the website for it or advancedbionics.com is the place that makes it. i have found that exercising, moderate walking on a tredmill helps me because it loosens the muscles….they want me to go back to PT but i really cant be bothered with it…hope this helps you and good luck..also i am on percocet and fentenyl patches on top of that, that seems to work well also…
have you tried the IRC (internet relay chat) channels, I didn’t look for you , but I would try there…
Try this site, they have information, blogs, and a message board/chat area regarding spine health, including specific sections for spinal stenosis.
Though, while others can share information, and their experiences, without your specific information, nobody can determine what course is best for you. This is why, while it is good to have all the information possible, you need to discuss these matters with your personal physicians. Without your diagnostic test, history and physical examination, any suggestions made online should be considered as only additional information, and not advice.
If im not mistaken you can go to Healthlinkusa.com I believe and its a message board if I recall correctly?
Or google it type in exactly what your looking for you ‘ll find tons of websites I’m sure..
