Hello, I have tried chronic pain clinics, some strong meds, accupuncture, exercise, etc and still have lumbar spine back pain that greatly limits my function. I have bulging discs in L4 and L5 with spinal stenosis. Has anyone had any luck with anything alternative? Your honest replies greatly appreciated, THANKS

My father has spinal stenosis and major nerve problems, I herd of a natural extract that is used topicaly to “liven” the nerves, I can’t remember what it was menthol, ucaliptus* or tea tree oil. can someone help me I am open to other answers too.

If i stand too long, it’s hard to sit; if i sit too long, it’s hard to stand ; if i lay down, it takes a while to manuveor to get up.
